Prior to this, she managed operational readiness for launching Azure’s Government cloud and German cloud initiatives. Shilpa has background in engineering and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Devin Scott leads Stealth Power focusing on the company’s mission – conservation through innovation.

Stealth Power was created as a natural evolution of Scott’s richly diverse business and environmental expertise: He began his career as an environmental and real-estate attorney with the international law firm of Graham & James; cofounded Restoration Cleaners; and served as CEO of American Energy Sales, an energy brokerage firm with almost 500 sales representatives nationwide.

Scott received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Shannon Sentell is the Chief Operations Officer for Stealth Power – the global leader in mobile power and idle-reduction technology. Prior to joining Stealth Power, Sentell was Director of the Physics Program at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY where he retired after 24 years of service as an Army officer. Sentell holds a Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering from the University of South Carolina and has graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institution of Technology and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
